...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The ego and attitude of some bad people damages the careers of smart people And this is detrimental to the growth of the company

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is so low. There is about is 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Regular Salary, good for learning.

Dislikes

Communication with seniors to be improved. There should be realistic analysis of team leader for success of failure as he is responsible but not the reason for every activity among the team.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
