I realy enjoyed working with R.O.F group,and I would like to working with this group in future I got to learn a lot in this group, R.O.F group is a big empire in real state in Delhi NCR ggn. I pray to god that R.O.F group progress day by day, I got a chance to work in this group thank to R.O.F Family

I observed and this has happened with me also, under this there is no increase in employee salary, 😞

This is very very bad organization among all real estate companies. Guys be alert before joining such type of LALA companies. Non professional and no growth in this company at all. Even management have very rude behaviour for male staffs.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
