Dislikes

Poor management, unprofessional behaviour with shift engineers. Training, transportation,canteen,(even some time washrooms),and good appraisals are only available for those who comes in general shift. Poor safety procedures. No enough Personal protective equipments are available to use until there is a major audit is scheduled. Name wise it is a MNC but, have lower grade than local groups.

It's a very good company to work with. Employees are having lot of opportunities to learn and grow. Management takes care of every employee and believe that employees are essential asset in organisation's growth
