Job security and on time salary even in pandemic.

Dislikes

Poor management, unprofessional behaviour with shift engineers. Training, transportation,canteen,(even some time washrooms),and good appraisals are only available for those who comes in general shift. Poor safety procedures. No enough Personal protective equipments are available to use until there is a major audit is scheduled. Name wise it is a MNC but, have lower grade than local groups.

The job is average ! No one is there to describe your job role, learnt everything on my own.
