Nothing as a facilitator there is no growth, salary is discriminate, people close to management get good salary. All reviews on Google are done by us.. keeping in mind that we are NRI'S, pathetic conditions for children centric learning.

Dislikes

No proper workshops, focus on route learning, new ideas are never tried or welcomed. Food for teacher and student is different. We get water...so called dal and soda rice...no proper sanitation for kids and teacher.

Main reason for the review I am giving is the principal. She doesnt know how to respect her staff and doesnt even try to think from their POV. She wants to control everything and she does not know how to talk politely with anyone. She dominates and there is no freedom of work or speech. There is absolute no growth in the school.

Dislikes

Job security , Career growth , politics , work environment , work - life balance.
