...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

It's under Hero group and that's the only plus although no one knows them in market apart from Aluminium raw material (Ignots) providers.

Dislikes

1. Egomanically self centred Managers. 2. No growth 3. No work but politics by senior personnel. They don't work but help. 4. Pathetic HR interface but by juniors. Seniors are quite helpful in HR.
