A unique cool & calm atmosphere, very different from other organisations, a unique conglomerate of well behaved and mannered people with minimal interference of seniors and minimal stress level. A good platform for starters

...erves was the absence of norms related to recruitment of employees and salaries. The more experienced and skilled an employee is the lesser salary he will get especially if he is now an old employee. No norms observed related to seniority-juniority with respect to salary fixation. An MBBS level doctor who has done some fellowship, say, masters in emergency medicine of post graduate diploma in clinical cardiology is getting salaries between 1.5 to 1.8 lacs while a surgeon, with properly obtained M.S. degree and a wide experience is hardly getting 1.10 on the same post of Attending Consultant. Salaries are disbursed once in two months. Appraisal only twice in a span of about 4.5 years. No development of skills. An Attending Consultant will continue as non-operating surgeon. Consultants are very much unwilling and disinterested in career advancement and growth of their subordinates. No elective OT exposure. This organisation is suitable only for post graduate doctors preparing for Superspecialiry entrance exams or for graduates preparing for Pre PG entrance.

Unstable environment and bad treatment of patients by giving enormous amount of drugs unnecessary.

Salary timing is completely precarious.no support from hr and accounts Dept regarding salary related queries.

I am not recommend to anyone because career growth is zero and even salary is not on time...because of quality of hospital , they have lost the patient faith. The people are not believe in treatment who are living in surrounding area . If organization growth is zero then organization can not touch patient satisfaction and staff as well...
