Good team and everyone is driven to work and has great ideas Good work culture They encourage to take time-off and encourage with work-life balance

one of the co-founder is very temperamental. He expects everything to be done in rocket speed and when it's taking time or we are facing challenges, he yells in front of everyone. He preaches about work-life balance , but don't understand what's limiting us in progress

Poor remuneration Bad appraisal, unless you're ready to lïck the boot of senior management Delayed payment of salaries Extreme politics Other teams can't perform well, due to which our team gets a bad name Hiring anyone and then designating to a "director" post Lots of attrition No scope of growth They have a 8 AM to 4 PM work time but everyone works beyond that. This is their biggest marketing strategy to get more employees for a short price of time During interview rounds the HR promises of work from home but after selection they don't approve of it inspite of staying far away from office Unprofessional behaviour towards female employees, especially from the HR which consists of mainly female employees in the first place!
