One of the most unsafe and promise breaking company they will not give proper salary to employees and ones we left the it's been 38 days over still not received F&F and from when joined this company till now I have not got my experience only.

...ing my review in Google.. I have served a more than a year in Vilcart Solutions. When I used to join the VILCART they collected each and every documents (such as my previous company offer letter, last three months Salary slips, experience letter, etc) from me but they won't give a any of them in the name of Vilcart Solutions. In that 1year and 3months they released only one month salary slip. If they need any government documents such as a Professional Tax or something like that then only they prepare a salary slip for that one month In my resignation mail they are still not accept or reject it. But my official Attendance Portal only disabled. If they need any support they will suck it from you, but they won't give you a any of the appreciation. So think before you make a move.

Worst experience.. Evan they are not giving salary on time, they suppose to give on 10th of every month which they mentioned in appointment letter but they are not, they are giving on after 25th of next month, that also we need beg them again and again.

Work atmosphere, there is a lot of politicals management doesn't address the everybodys issue. And salary is not getting on time.
