Salary n promotion people n managers are very stringent on using old technologies if new technologies does the work better they will still not use that no use of brain just following instructions you will end up in managerial positions

Used to like the previous CEO and the board of directors who had very employee friendly policies which ensured a great working environment and excellent work life balance

Dislikes

New CEO and his new board of directors who are turning the company into one of the worst possible places to work in. There is no job security, the higher management is just playing dirty politics and firing people who refuse to become sheer puppets and yesmen
