New CEO and his new board of directors who are turning the company into one of the worst possible places to work in. There is no job security, the higher management is just playing dirty politics and firing people who refuse to become sheer puppets and yesmen

Techstack is ancient and has very little training to finish the job. Almost no new feature development, mostly fixing defects raised by customers. Management, especially my manager, was good at micro management. Making sure that I won't like the work I do. Will never appreciate the work you do. Scrum meetings turn into a blame game all the time. Ok for those who have a "yes sir" attitude. Management lacks soft skills.
