During that period I met lot of struggle to achieve the target, management not understanding the current market scenario , huge competition between our dealer and another dealer which is located at near by the dealer, but same brand ,I have received lot of negative complains from customers due same brand located at neatest... But dealer management not considered the issues ...I need to manage and convince the team, I need to hold the team in our dealer...

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
