Working at Rocheston was good initially ..you can have a free hand in taking risks and my boss was recetive and encouraging

Post Covid all changed ...they sacked people left rivht and centre without even telling them ....it is an disoriented family now

I would have rated even less than this. But there was no option. They asked me to leave the company only because I conceived and according to them I could not be productive for the company. The worst company women would want to work at.

Unprofessionalism. They only show off, but do nothing. The one who is running the show right now is someone who knows nothing.

Working with Rocheston was a great experience. The team is very supportive and though the domain is challenging, I was able to handle huge projects easily as the team members were always there to mentor.

Simply I can say that, Rocheston is a heaven on the earth.;-) I got 4years of experience in graphic designing it’s truly have lot of freedom to give our amazing work output ..CEO Mr.Haja is amazing, If someone want to see their success in their life they must want to work in Rocheston becoz Mr.Haja CEO IS VERY INSPIRATIONAL :) and all other staffs also very friendly and It’s gives motivating Environment ..;-)

Simply put- a great place to stay in one place with your career. Low-pressure job environment with poor management
