Salary increments are based on the caste, by the senior management. So many seniors doing nothing, doesn't have any knowledge but taking high salaries and they will give our performance rating to the Senior management. No proper training.

Salary groth no, if you want salary increment you want show you another company offer latter. poor management, no work planning, company change its policy frequently.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No stress for working, Genral manager and Manager is very helpful. There are many new things to learn.

1) Rochem doesn't have bike parking facilities, everything is parked outside the company, so there are a lot of bikes accidents. 2)The company should provide bike parking facility 3)Any decision taken by the management should be communicated to the employee 4)The food allowance of those who go to the employment site should be at least three and a half hundred rupees.
