Dislikes

Not recommended to join Sales team as it isn't a good environment to be in, the management isn't supportive or collaborative in terms of their employees. They don't treat you well and expect unrealistic Target Achievements leading to get in a pressurized condition for the employee and the management keeps on threatening that they'll fire you if things don't go according to their will. Many employees in the team have either left the organization or have been fired in short time.
