I'm working as Sr. Simulation Engineer at Robtech automation. Work life balance is very good and salary hike is good, pressure is very less and we can learn so many things.

Dislikes

I don't feel somthing is not good working here. Maybe I can say working on Saturday is quite feeling bad. But that's fine when we have work.

Dislikes

Go at customer site daily, weekly off is on Sunday but you not take this off without informing your hod, if your hod tell you to go site on Sunday you need to go, they are told to employees go at customer site otherwise we will terminate you

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
