Well growing company what I seen these past five years. For freshers giving very very good foundation.

Extremely Hard working personel not recognised by the top management as immediate managers not keeping in the screen, thus not getting promoted. Reporting personnel are under pressure always.

Its a very good company specially for new comers and young engineers. management is focused and have a good grip on overall project proceedings. Very cordial and personal except at times one has to digest typical Punjabi slangs (BC/MC). But those are not intended to the persons but for the failure to deliver. Expectations are high but sky is the limit for deserving candidates and who wont think twice to work very hard as the management is very demanding and rewarding at the same time.

Dislikes

De-centralization of authorities missing. Work life balance is not good as employees are too loaded with work pressure. Lack of proper mid level management which lead to senior management to take most of the loads/ pressure. Having said all this still would recommend engineers , managers to join RSME. There are lots to learn specially commitment on management's part. They are too hardworking and involved.
