...ing fired in a short notice. Most of the HR will discriminate. Less or no bonus. Also the in hand salary is less, they do a lot of deduction. Some times you have to work on weekends also without any benefits. You have to work a minimum 8.5 hours per day

You'll get lots of opportunities to learn new domain. Good clients & projects. Best suited for freshers.

Dislikes

Work life balance isn't good. Freshers have to sign 3 years of work agreement while joining and you've to pay 1.5 lakh to break that agreement.

Job security. Insurance policies. Cab service. Interesting projects to work on. Excellent job location.

Dislikes

Not good enough training resources. Salary not upto market standards. Due to resource crunches, you might be abruptly moved to another project without a proper closure.

there is nothing to like. you get a better salary when you join but no job security . They can fire you at any time without any reason.

No job security . there is no work life balance . Managers won't think that we have a personal life other than office work. No good management. Hierarchy is not maintained properly.
