... personal reasons.... Director only love money he don't care about employees....Even they don't do salary on time.... If your fresher and looking for job then frnds please don't don't look at this company becaz you only wasting your time here and may be mental health too.... I also ignoring all the old reviews and join this company and now i get remorse......

Dislikes

If they promise you...retension will give you after probation period...then guys forget about it... They never give you single penny...because I already told you boss is very greedy...In this company there no kind of future for any engineering student...becaz there are no any kind value of your knowledge....becaz manager is so talented he can lauch the rocket without fuel..so u can get it now what i want to say...they also cheat there client too...then who we are?

Team mates were nice,.. But the boss director are worst . Selfish owners are the worst thing one can get. They only think of themselves , whatever mayb the employes issue they only loyal to money . Once the necessity of that employe is done they do not give any importance to them ,.overall a very bad workplace

salary is very less here, boss himself wants whole profit,. The employee keeps travelling n working the company do not care through what the employee is sufering. The worst place to work as they boss himself is selfish and have nothing to do with his employess.Theyvalso cheats there customers as well as there employees

The product is very good compare to other competitors present in the market in the same sector.

Dislikes

1- No Job Security. 2-Need to improve companies policies & culture. Each employee has different policies according to their closeness with management & how old the employee is. 3-Attitude of promoters is very disrespectful towards employee. 4-Have to take multiple follow-ups for your FNF, Reliving Letter & Experience Letter which you hardly receive on time. Most of the cases your FNF Is forfeit by stating several reasons. 5-Though its Pvt Ltd but operates as typical " Baniya " or " Proprietary " organization.
