...t employee friendly and can be considered as a good option for short term only. Does not offer much in terms of monetary compensation and benefits. A handful of core team members and management staff are considered permanent and the rest of the employees are neglected and expendable. The leadership team seems to be highly incompetent and unprofessional.They are unable to drive sales and offer any support to their teams to close deals.The attrition rate is quite high due to absence of policies to retain and motivate people. Most employees do not get timely performance feedback and annual appraisals are either delayed or denied. Also no recognition, appreciation, increments or promotions resulting in low job satisfaction. Job security is low as the management takes decisions randomly. The work culture fosters lack of accountability, teamwork and ownership.The overall experience is not that great.

Highly unprofessional HR director..no basic manners to talk to candidate, worst experience...will never recommend to anyone to attend interview or joining them. HR was very rude .. should learn basics of HR how to approach candidates

Likes

Management is not good, idea of project is good but senior management don't know what to do when to do. They have lost almost all of their engineers in 4 month.

Dislikes

They should start giving value to their employees. You can't ignore your talent and grow.
