Nothing as boss is an arrogant person. He runs the company on his terms and makes rule according to his convenience. He deliberately hire people who are needy and then exploits them in return to save their job.

Dislikes

CEO is a very bad person. He hires girls from poor background and then try to touch them inappropriately. Makes remarks on every girl body working there, covers it up jokingly. Talks always in double meaning sentences which makes everyone uncomfortable.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
