It is good company for freshers to start their career. But you have to move out after 3 years if you want good salary.

Management needs to work salary part. They are giving very less packages for employee who started career in this company as a fresher.

For me I hav good exposure which is not case for everyone but I do like everything about company except work location due to Chennai weather. If you deliver you will be rewarded. Work culture is very good in comparison to other Indian OEM. Lacking in terms of innovation and exposure of roles.

Dislikes

Nothing related to work. But on admin side there are continuous changes in processes. (Online portals) Until we adapt one process for there is change in process.

Patience is very much needed to deserve your hard work as acknowledgement. It will happen .if you are aggressive with immediate reciprocation you won't like.

It has a name of a reputed OEM but is more of a service company. So after a while there is nothing new to learn and whatever you have learnt has no value outside this company.
