Dislikes

More than 50% of staffs are just spending their time for salary purpose only. 30% of staffs working and sacrificing their personal life too for company and other staffs are getting benifit out of it.

Dislikes

Salary is decent and career growth is slow. They should more focus on skill development of employee or at least freshers.
