In order to reduce payments size the owner Sunil Shetty fires the top managers from sales,service and spares and turn appoints the beneath employee as managers and saves salary.The removal is of no cause.

... is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chailling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot testing. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Everything starting from top management very rude and always shouting never listens to what we are saying. Always makes employee feel the fear. Very toxic environment for the engineers. No job security anytime you can be terminated without notification.

Its good. But there is no platform to increase our knowledge as culture or presentations

Upper lever management will support middle and lower lever both not to harrassment to them.. if a one person is scrolling another person managers as to clearly fine then take action but here suddenly take action.

It's been great working with RNS group, we are like family here, employees being taken care well. Lots of career growth opportunities for deserving employees. About COVID 19, Ample of safety precautions taken for employees as we as our customers, entire premises being sanitized on frequent basis. Safety of our customers is the prime Moto.
