... that are not comprehensible. 5. Doesn't promote upskilling of the employees 6. Very less pay compared to other organizations in the segment 7. No proper way to give feedback for the projects or work delivered. 8. HRs are also not professional. Lack skills, corporate etiquette and friendly attitude towards other. 9. Doesn't respect commitments given in the offer letter or at the time of joining. Example: Don't take their word if they say the job is permanent WFH. Because they have tricked all the people in my team with that and later forced the people to come to office and made them resign on different incomprehensible grounds.

The company is growing. Don't expect it to be highly organised and follow a pattern of 9-6 job. Even though HR policies are amazing, you'd be required to stay back late 2-3 times a month, when you'd have to deliver work under tight deadlines. Appraisals take place annually; it can be done bi-annually.

...ess than asked pay. Brings scams like Performance incentive, that doesn't exist. Retention bonus, which is not bonus but your 2K of your salary given to you after a year. For writers, the work is not good. no growth here. no investment on employee upskilling. Hr changes policies as per their convenience. no set policy. don't join this company.
