MD(Son of owner) had no experience in Pharmaceuticals industry, only doing politics never comes in field. No reciprocation on time. Worthless PMT, didn't come down to field approx 18 years. No system at all. Spoil career of people. Illogical arguments by MD, no relavent discussion with employees. No data management in this organization. Every thing is hypothetical.
