... The work environment is worse. They just want people to work without any leave. They make person work more but pay less and no respect at all. Treat junior employees like trash. Whoever is on higher positions will get respect and benefits.

No salary growth No position growth No skill growth No learning Higher management is like bosses not leader. After 5 year you feel stuck in you feel you have nothing, no skill nothing.

Office culture and work environment is good. People here are supportive.

1-No or Less Salary Increament. 2- No value of Experience and Designation. 3- No Fair appraisal 4- If you work here and your project deliver on time but now you work for new client then there is no value for last work. Here leader work for their own work not for company. 5- designation and work can be change as per management verbally only not documented. So there is no increament based on new designation because not documented. 6-there is no specific criteria of joining. 12th passout student can join.

Asper work, nature of office is good. No pressure on work. Going smoothly.

Mainly each and every one has trabule salary issue. Like cuttings are heavy to others company. Peoples are mainly joined cause of work from home.this is the main advantage of RMSI. Somebody people have WFH. Somebody have wfo. It's not good.
