Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Among all the engineering colleges, R.M.K cannot be replaced by any other college in quality of education standard, coaching, discipline, food everything.. Its a great institution to work there and I really miss working in that esteemed institution. They will not compromise on anything. Students and faculty have greater scope and they help a lot to support the students as well as faculties to come up higher in flying colors.

I like everything in R.M.K.. I used to admire each and everything in R.M.K. College. Its also my home place, where i did my post graduate. Working in R.M.K is like heaven.
