It's a consultancy. So No career growth, No Hike, No benifits. Nothing you can get except salary.

It's a payroll company. It's dealing with MNCs and provide employees to them. There is no intensives, no growth, salary is very less. Only positive thing is you will get the experience

Such a good organization , you will become expert in your own areas, friendly staff, no politics among the employees, company policies, work culture is also good. my 10 months journey here is excellent.
