...rd work firstly because the management of the company is freaking out of my way. I don't found ease to work with my senior staffs but i got the salary on time. The following people of the company is not at all the people one should desires to work with. In my eyes, I got to many things which will gonna be much helpful for me in future terms but barely now I wanna work here, like it's never....

No proper guidance or support during any kind of risk factoring emergencies. No one gonna accept the fact that you are working hard and they only deflect it or doesn't applaud my sweat wrenching hardwork

I Have Worked 5 Year In Rkm Powergen Pvt Ltd I got the experience of working in many skills. I had a good experience in my 5 years and I will always remember RKM Power Plant

Don't have much experience regarding salary and promotion but it is a good place to learn new skills

Time to time salary,good environment,good HO team,good work and good department HOD.

Many people do not do less but show that they are working in front of the competition and many times, even after doing good work, the credit for it is given to others..

Koi Kary system se nahi hota Nam Matra ka aprassel hota hai Koi suvidha nahi milta jaise ki Bahar hone par khana apne se khan padta hai company koi alownce nahi deta. Gadi bhi Saman par nahi Milata.swayam ke Sadhana se jana padta hai.

Management believes Engineers than the managers.it has postives and negatives.salary on time that can only satisfy for 2 person in a family.no torture from managers except one or two half backed managers.best suited place for graduate trainee and local manpower.ac hostel with mess.

1.Lowest salary in market. 2. Can't expect timely perks and incentives. 3.poor shift schedule that distrups health and sleep. 4.Poor attendence and leave management 5.transportation and hospital facility poor. 6.no standard hr, managenent. 7.Not suitable for employee with family since the plant in remote area and family quaters not built.
