Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

company culture is quite good compare to any other in City - probably the only thing I like about the company.

Dislikes

...dedication, then don't go for it. Find a better opportunity suitable for you. If you're a fellow who wants to be in comfort zone, and ready to work with low salary than your work, if you can be happy with no growth and way below salary just because you're comfortable here, then go for it. It's perfect place for you. Thanks:)

RKIT that gave me the scope of Explore,Excel and Enrich my skill and hidden talent! peaceful work environment, Company policies are extreme employees friendly, Cooperative team. Job security when number of MNCs are revising policy to fire it employees because of covid-19, there is no sign of fire in RKIT. not only in job security but also financially, either for the new wi-fi connection made at home for WFH, or the internal bill on monthly basis. It's gives a great feeling when RKIT sent a Laptop and Destop systems. overall, I am satisfied..
