No one follow proper channel for in top management. There is no any cost control. There is no any employee salary increment policy.

Worst company I have never seen this type of company..One of his employee died on the from night duty to home, at vizag Suddenly he fallen in road,he died on spot, Company left his dependents without any financial support from,Even he didn't get PF insurance.No one not responding from this company.. Worst company.. Don't by shares from this company.

Well in course of lockdown period when there is no work for the company to execute, the company have stand besides all the employees with timely Salary procedure which the employees are getting by staying in home.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
