Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...oney minded, they see only less paid teacher irrespective to quality of teacher. No hike in salary. Work culture is good but no progress, salary is paid after 25th date of month.

1. If attendance of students in class is less, faculty is to be blamed. 2. If admission in the department is less, pressure is imposed on faculty for admission. 3. Overburden faculty. 4. Leave policy is not good.
