Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

The aim of the company is to provide a quality and environmental friendly atmosphere to all its employees. The company is always investing in new machinery and latest technology. Rk Printers has been manufacturing printed cartons ,labels, leaflets since 1972 and have a vast and tremendous client based all over India. Recently they have started exporting cartons to middle east and european countries. I see a lot of growth in the near future as well with their new plant in IMT Faridabad. With their vast talent, experience and new strategies , definitely a company to be associated with. I love working with the Team Rk Printers!
