The CEO and everyone at the company are warm hearted people. Being a startup, the employees are quite friendly. There isn't much hierarchy and the CEO will mostly be available for anyone to talk to if needed. Freedom to voice in your opinions is always there.

Dislikes

It mostly trains you on a CSM tool and you'll be deployed there for work. After 1month or so, work would seem monotonous and non-appealing. Though you can grow inside the organisation, your overall skills outside might not be that relevant.
