As a result i get to travel middle east countries, especially to UAE. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural back grounds, and worked happily in collaboration . Compensation is decent, growth also comparable, but, there is delay in getting salary. Higher management values the individual based on their degree of closeness with them and growth also depends on the same, not you quality.
