... gamer in the company, he never wants to grow any other person in the company. Less Salary of course an issue Job timing really hectic Join if you have lots of patience to present zoom call over 9AM to 8PM continuous.

Everything is very good like- Job Security, Company policies, working environment, salary etc. if talking about the management then can't compare with anyone, they are much humble, much polite, good understanding level with the employee, very much cooperative and caring.

Work environment &culture are not good. Only teammates are very supportive. Company policy are also not good.

There is lot of politics. Salary are not good resign time notice period experience are not good.

Nothing is satisfactory besides sallary credit in account on time on date 10 at every month.

Poor Management. Worst software. Zoom conferencing everytime on the head. Unskilled managers. everytime blame to juniors. Worst behaviour of seniors. No system. Politics of HOD's. Worst environment. No proper documentation. HOD's always demotivate to subordinates.
