...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...months before lockdown appraisals/incentives stopped and firing process started. During lockdown there's 35% cut in salary. I'm waiting for my F&F settlement till now after completing notice period in February but they are still stretching it,when I needed it very badly in lockdown. This delay is very disappointing.

Full of politics vendors and management Staff suffers for work pressure no one takes action on vendors due to they received commission from vendors

Management this is not for all higher officials some people need they need to pay car emi free then getting good salary but they need side income

Rivigo working culture is average and one time Rivigo was a good company but when I was left this company than company culture was not good and promotion Possiblty was nothing besides it increment also not increase so Rivigo culture was not good.

3rd class facilities and 3rd class company. Not for only covid sitivation this company is continued cost cuting of employment and salary from jan to till covid19 given the reason beforecovid19 for indian economic is very poor condition . Continues harassment to employees specially in Mumbai (Bhiwandi)
