No job security anytime anyone ask to leave , high level politics most of seniors from Telecom background they always out others down , only few people who is closed to his family get shown rest are not an use for them . They will not aware about ground reality high level expectation , what ever you do that would be nothing for them, you have to assume Everytime fear of firing .

Full of politics vendors and management Staff suffers for work pressure no one takes action on vendors due to they received commission from vendors

Management this is not for all higher officials some people need they need to pay car emi free then getting good salary but they need side income

If you work hard then your work will be appreciated and also provides quick promotions

Presently the company is not giving proper designation. Salary becomes bad. Salary structure becomes worst. No job security.

Supportive staff and good work culture. Best thing is team has trust on you similarly you can trust on them.

Salary increase process is not that perfect what it should be. Career growth is good but increase of salary is very low.

I have worked for around 4 years, in the initial stages the company provided good competition and facilities, and the overall learning was great and had lots of improvement in my career life

...e market and customer satisfaction was really not that good in the recent years. The salary was reduced before covid-19 due to company liability,and again redused during lockdown. During lockdown I was informed to resign as a part of layoffs. While so many other companies felt sympathy and have given lockdown period salary and extra benefits to its employees. Rivigo didn't bother to do any such actions. Even though I had worked from starting of the company and was one of the first 1000 employees the company had zero loyalty towards its employees.
