There is a lot of learning while working with the head of school but after 1-2 year experience there is nothing new . Basically school working on small scale lack facilities to upstand present technology. One staff is assigned multiple job title to fulfill the works.

Dislikes

To be precise, it's not dislike but school management don't appreciate the hard work of individual and even proper suggestions are also not heard which may be the driving force behind the betterment of kids only. Practically speaking, it is teachers who are among the students and need to work as per their experience although maintaining discipline too .
