...oyee oriented policies. Continuous Learning and training is part of the working. Company offers at par or higher pay packages then most other construction company. Induction and post employment support is quite good.

Some individuals has taken for granted company and working in self intrests rather then company's overall motto.

Good work teammatea are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Slary is not time to pay company. Career growth is slow.

Not working this company for my opinion beacause higher management jese bole wahi karna hai naheto apko company me se nikal denge. Short me higher management apni job secure krne ki chakkr me lower person ki job kha jate hai. Manager director & hr Admin only higher management ki baat mante. I think poor management for my opinion
