Colleagues were accepting and understanding.

Pay was really less for the work they made us do. We all got equal amount of work but differentiation in salary was there. Pressure was immense. Team lead was helpful, the manager wasn't, at all. No benefits, no overtime pay.

As a recruiter you'll get to know a lot of HR's from big companies and even people working there as your colleagues arr very ambient and supportive.

Dislikes

There a lot of Dislikes Salary issue- not on time and some time lesser than your actual ctc Management- People as the management levels are very rude, they don't support you in you hard time, always increase work pressure. Benifits- no benifits from the company side like health insurance, pf, allowance and incentives. Other - they'll not appreciation your efforts, no appraisal and no proper documentation.

...roper paper work for employee. it's an old company but they don't have PF & all. they don't even have company's salary account, no payslip. they gave me the offer letter in a printed paper not in company pad. there was not a single benefits for employee. And the big big issue is Sal issue. I was there for few months. i never got my full salary. n when i get a better oppurtunity i told them that i can serve 15 days notice period. though it was not even 5 months but they told me to serve notice period and it was not mentioned in the offer letter also. but they didn't pay me at all.

First who recruited those HR job here they are pathetic and arrogant they won't respond to calls even in free time for time pass they post job opening hiring is zero attitude people. Throw your phone's in dustbin.
