Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.sometimes i have to work 11-12hr straight in a day and sometimes late into the night.

Riverside utility pvt Ltd is a distribution company which is a franchise of CESU and a public sector. As a service manager there is working 8 employees under me as service staff, technician, Bill collector, meter reader etc and I have to give them follow up about their work like distribution of electricity bills, revenue collection, maintainance of LT line etc

As I m doing this job from 2 yeas there is no salary increment as per my expectation and also I am engaged in limited work, no improvement in technical sector, only focus on collection,

I fill i am a part of a team.very very cooparative with my lower & superior staff.we are working in a team that reliable to field .i also like employee here to scope hire..

There is many pressure here..growing is slow ..much more phn call by consumer.many times i have work exess out of my ofice hour.

THIS COMPANY IS WORKING IN ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SECTOR AS A FRANCHISE OF CESU WHICH IS A GOVT. OF ODISHA UNDERTAKING COMPANY. THE BEST THING OF THIS COMPANY IS IT HAS DEVELOPED NEW TECHNOLOGY AND IDEAS TO STOP THEFT IN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY SO THAT CONSUMERS CAN GET BETTER ELECTRICITY AND SOLVE ALL THE PROBLEMS OF CONSUMERS.

COMPENSATION IS NOT UP TO THE MARK. THE WORK PRESSURE IS HIGH. NO ONE IS APPRECIATING MY WORK. BUT THE CONSUMERS IS ALWAYS WITH ME AND SUPPORTING ME. THERE IS NO JOB TRAINING FOR FRESHERS, SO SENIOR LIKE HAVE TO GUIDE THE FRESHERS

Very bad culture and it's DM as coming in Hariyana (Rabindra Sindhu) Using slangs for his all staff and also misconduct his all employee and Kick out his staff in every moments
