No support given by company, I have been sent on leave without pay since 17 March 2020, when lock down was not even started. For them only money matters. Even not been paid for my leave balance. They use to ask 3 months notice period, when an employee want to leave the organisation. But now no compensation for the employee at this bad time. When there will be no job outside as well. And most of the people has 3-7 years of tenure with the organisation. I wish co-owner Mr. Punnet Dhiman should have been with us, things may not happen like this. He would be always in my heart and respect for him will never be ended.

Dislikes

The management, not even a single person has that guts to raise their voice against this wrong decision. At least they should compensate the employee.
