The company is open to innovation letest technology.got many more Hyundai parts training.get free hand to work as independently.get chance to travel abrod difference county i.e.Istanbul Turkey, Thailand, Hongkong.our service GM is very co-operative person.all we like to work as a team.

Change in top level Management will get change in companies environment. I know that it will not possible to get personal involvement all the time to Owner.but for Manager level he must communicate with all related person & get decision.

Many things about automobile sector.

Dislikes

CFO & Seniors are not confident of what they are doing and most of times interested in sacking accounts team by indulging in politics. CFO and the seniors are not aware of laws and regulations and will pretend as if they know every bit of law.
