I am joined 1 year ago but No one moment like I am share with you.

Dislikes

Thirdclass company.Only work like labour.No weakoff,No Holiday.Salary is not given in monthly. In this pandemic corona situation company not getting seriously for employee.Even from lockdown start salary is not given. No saftey for Engineer. In lockdown employee leave the company due to salary is not given.

...tor of the same company left the employees and those who want experience letter. An affidavit is written from such an employee that Rajdeep will not pay you any money. In all this at least 5-7 crores of employees were completely lost and now both are not producing employees. In this no employees come together and ask them for money. Even if someone comes to the staff, these people (Dilip Dhariwal) ask the security guard to go away.

This is not good place to work . Here you will lost your career growth . Lack of execution . So I am not happy here to work . Employee will live only stress life here . There is salary delayed problem 20 - 25 days .

Dislikes

There is only too much streeful work.You won't relaxed for a single minute . Keep you have pressure , which will affect personal life .As per my own suggestion do not go with rajdeep.

The company is pune based but I am working in ATMS project of company in Gujarat.so the site working is 12 to 15 hrs.Not good communication in site.according to work sallery is not given.teammates or team leader is not properly communicates with out of Gujarat people's.Company name is Big but site working is very poor Company provided the Guest house but Jail is better than this Guest House.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Company gives training but on site work is different. Team leader doesn't give respect to ENGINEER. FOR jr.engg gives the labouring work.
