Ample opportunity to connect with top management. Top management directly approaches to junior people at site for feedbacks. Staff is supportive. No lengthy procedures. Quick decesions by top management. Job security is good as long as some one is performing.

Dislikes

Company is owned by propriters. Policies are not framed much. Salary delayed by 1-2 months. No system of yearly appraisals untill lot of employees resigns. Notice period - 3 months. Salaries are not mentioned in offer letters. Appointment letters are issued after many months of joining. Alt sundays are working. No family accomodation at site. High Attrition rate at sites.

Every worker want salary 1to5 but here is 12 Panchig sistam have to want after 6 after 2 after 10but here is half hour befor and over time diwti pay have to dubal but here is singal payment this is not good
