Good for Permanent staff, not for Contractual workers. Compensations are fixed and negligible if there is any. No skill development as such. Better to join a company where you learn something and that will be beneficial in your long career than just working on the word and excel here.

Permanent staff has very good compensations even the performance bounce is equivalent to the salary of the contractual engineer here, you could have a better idea what a contractual staff is paid despite of the fact that every work is down by them.
