HR will convince you for training and will take work as like their employee at the stipend cost.

Dislikes

More work less salary, wasting of time, job security NIL, kick out after one year of apprenticeship and also will not provide completion certificate easily. I didn't get yet after completion of 6 months of training.

Rites is a third party agency for railways, it is basically quality oriented job.i have to inspect rolled products from it's manufacturing to despatch

Compensation is descent but growth is slow. Work pressure is high.

Good for Permanent staff, not for Contractual workers. Compensations are fixed and negligible if there is any. No skill development as such. Better to join a company where you learn something and that will be beneficial in your long career than just working on the word and excel here.

Dislikes

Permanent staff has very good compensations even the performance bounce is equivalent to the salary of the contractual engineer here, you could have a better idea what a contractual staff is paid despite of the fact that every work is down by them.
