Everything is bad about this place. They are doing wrong with all clients. Also they hire people then fire them without salary. In their whole office including day and night shift there are hardly 5 people from past 5 years. Higher management lady of this company made his own son HR manager. Also they deduct salaries at their own will without any reason. On every single mistake in work, they deduct salaries. Also HR manager do things to girl employees which are not good on humanitarian grounds

This is a fraudulent company registered under the name "Rishtadepot" but operates under the guise of a matchmaking site called "rishtasite.com". The emails you received from the company come under the name of Rishta Depot to prevent any valid legal action against the company. Furthermore, the salaries they provide come from different accounts each time, without any mention of company details. ( search Rishtasite.com on google ) open the website and check their Facebook and Instagram page reviews. This company is fraudulent and it is run by a mother-and-son duo who operate without any rules or regulations' doing whatever comes to their minds. The mother's name is "Shiffy Shrivastava (CPO), and the son's name is "Raghav Shrivastava (Manager). This manager has not yet properly matured nor becomes a decision-maker for every small matter, he resorts to calling his mother, who dictates his actions. This extends to the point where I dare say, the manager cannot even clear the interview for the lowest position in the company, that of an HR Recruiter. following them is the company, 's CEO, name Karan who resides in Canada and is known for making false promises to his employees, promises he never fulfils.
